On the occasion of World Pasta Day, Regency Casino Mont Parnes presents on Wednesday 23 October the World Pasta Celebration, a unique culinary event that will take place under the supervision of FineBeing at the new Monte Vista restaurant. The dinner is exclusively designed to offer a special experience that will take guests on a journey through the flavors of world cuisine through the love of pasta.
In an environment that combines elegance with an unparalleled view, guests will enjoy a six-course menu with global origins, executed by chef Ilias Evagelopoulos and pastry chef Nikos Gourzis, who will highlight the multidimensional possibilities of the popular pasta.
A duet of piano and saxophone that will combine elements of world music, incorporating smooth Jazz with notes of Bossa Nova, Afrobeat rhythms and Mediterranean melodies will frame the evening.

The event goes beyond the limits of gastronomy. During the event, the visual artist Aggelos Mavraidis will create a live art installation inspired by pasta, for which the Regency Casino Mont Parnes undertakes the financial aspect of the donation to the non-profit Association of Parents, Guardians and Friends of Visually Impaired People “Syzoi “, in the context of social corporate responsibility actions, proving as an organization its commitment to support in practice on every occasion.
